AIR Fills
The Monterey Dive Center is dedicated to providing the cleanest Air possible. Our system is tested every six months for air quality through Trace Analytics.
The Monterey Dive Center requires that all tanks to be filled have a current hydrostatic test stamp (within 5 years in the US) and current VIP stickers on the tank.
Single Tank Fill - $6.00 ( Air Only)
MDC Air Card - $200.00 65 fills
MDC Air Card - $100.00 32 fills
MDC Air Card - $50.00 15 fills
Air Fills $6.00 (Per Tank)
Average time to fill standard air cylinders is 10-15 minutes depending on number of tanks to be filled.
Maximum fill pressure: 3500 PSI
Visual Inspection $14.00 (Per Tank, Includes Air Fill)
Annual inspection required on all scuba cylinders. Good for one year from date of inspection.
Average time to complete: 1 Day.
Hydrostatic Test $35.00 (Per Tank)
Pressure test required by the Department of Transportation every 5 years on all scuba cylinders in the US.
Average time to complete: 1 Week
