Open Water Class Includes 1 Hr. Classroom/2 hrs pool

Mon/Wed 2 Weeks 6P to 9P or 7P to 10P

Tue/Thur 2 Weeks 6P to 9P or 7P to 10P

Friday 4 Weeks 6p to 9P or 7P to 10P

Sat/Sun 4 Weeks 9A to 12 noon and/or 1P to 4P

Cost: $500.00 ($41.66 per hour)

Pool Only – 2 Hour Blocks

Mon/Wed 2 Weeks 6P to 8P or 7P to 9P

Tue/Thur 2 Weeks 6P to 8P or 7P to 9P

Friday 4 Weeks 6P to 8P or 7P to 9P

Sat/Sun 4 Weeks 9A to 11A and or 1P to 3P

Cost: $350.00 ($43.75 per hour)

Teaching Requirements

* Must Be In Current Teaching Status

* Copy of Current Card On File At Monterey     Dive Center (MDC)

* Must Have Current Liability Insurance

Copy On File At MDC

* Name MDC and Sea Harvest As Additional Insured Copy On File At MDC

* No students to be in pool unsupervised at any time

* Gate to be locked following all class sessions

* No Food Or Drink allowed in the facility

* No use of pool without cover removed

* Cover to be placed over pool as soon as students and instructors are out of the water

* No hard weights – soft weights only

* No use of fill station without prior approval

* Access to classroom only – no one is to go upstairs

* Classroom is a dry area only

* Students and Instructors may use restrooms; however no sand or water is to be on the floor

* Instructor/Assistant Instructor/Divemaster may park at rear of parking lot, all students/guests and others are to park off site

* Side Gate to Hoffman Street is to remain locked and not used

* No unscheduled use of Pool/Classroom or Facility at any time
